I watched the Coronation on a tiny TV in 1953 and stood by the side of the road to see the Queen and Duke drive by on their tour around the country. She has just always been there. Such a sad day. My condolences to the new King and the Royal Family.
Thank you for all your years of service and duty. You have provided us with a great example of how we can and should treat each other with respect and understanding in everything we do. I have always been proud to be part of the Commonwealth and proud to call you my Queen. You will forever be missed. May you find peace once again with your beloved Prince Phillip.
Thank you for a wonderful reign.
The world has lost a remarkable woman, Grandmother figure and leader. Thoughts and prayers to all members of the Royal Family, United Kingdom, Commonwealth and citizens of the World.
Queen Elizabeth has been present my entire life. Her photo was on the wall in my classroom and we sang her anthem every morning. A life well lived. Thankyou
Her Majesty The Queen, Thank you so much for being so strong and do so much for Canada. You will be missed. God receives you with love and gives your soul the peace it needs. Watch for us from up there. We'll always love you. RIP Her Majesty The Queen.
You have been a wonderful Queen and a great example to your commonwealth. Long live King Charles.
Her Majesty has been the greatest model of our era, not only as the sovereign of the realm, but also as the mother of the family. I swore to be loyal to Her Majesty when I became a Canadian citizen in 2006 and I swear to be loyal to you, HM King Charles III today.
Your Majesty,
in a world of change and upheaval, you were our constant. You taught us all by example of the nobility found in service and commitment. You celebrated with us, mourned with us, and comforted us. Thank you. I will forever remain your loyal subject and most obedient servant.
Thank you for all the incredible years of service you gave the world. It was an honour calling you our Queen.
Thank you, Your Majesty, for your selfless service, grace, dignity, and kindness. I was named after you. I remember seeing you and Prince Phillip when I was a little girl. Your train stopped in our town, and you rode up and down Main Street in a convertible. I practiced curtsying for days, in case I got to meet you and give you some flowers. :) You continued to inspire me throughout my life. My heart goes out to the Royal Family in your time of sorrow. Please accept my sincere condolences.
I enjoyed your service, you will be missed. I hope we enjoy Charles as much as we did you.
We wish to send our sincere condolences to the family of Queen Elizabeth and to thank her for her life long service. She will be sad missed.

Deepest sympathy to the Royal Family on their loss. I have the highest respect for Queen Elizabeth ll because she always acted with personal integrity, honour and grace. She shared herself with the world generously and tirelessly, providing a role model for all who have a desire to serve. While her loss will reverberate through the nations she touched, hopefully her legacy of considered leadership will continue to influence us all. Long may her spirit reign.
Thank you for always being our paragon and guide as you navigated the intricate paths of the monarchy. Thank you for always striving to show us how we can be at our best and consoling us in our hardships. May your next journey be as fulfilling as the life you lived and the impact you had on us all. Thank you and rest in paradise.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, was and remains my Queen. I say a very heartfelt goodbye. Queen Elizabeth II was a remarkable human being in many, many ways, and to me, most special was her heart, so loving and dedicated was her heart, that it embraced the whole world! Bless you and Thank You!

So saddened by the passing of her Majesty the Queen. My condolences go out to the Royal family. I am grateful to her for a lifetime of service and showing the world what a true monarch should be…there will never be another like her.
Je vous remercie sa majesté la reine
Merci encore
My greatest admiration for the Queen's service to our world to make it a better place. Sincere condolences to her family. I saw her in 71' 3rd gr. When I heard she was coming, I thought it was that day & went home to put on my best dress it was not that day. When students were chosen randomly, I was the last student. Later I realized a caring teacher probably arranged my dream to come true. I hope the Queen is with her loved husband & her family of 'we four'.
God Bless you and bring comfort and reconciliation to your family
My condolences to the entire family. I saw the Queen on two different occasions here in Ontario. I admired her a great deal. She will be sadly missed. There will be a huge hole in our society without her.

Our deepest condolences to the Royal Family. The passing of the Queen is a great lost to the British Commonwealth especially to the people from Hong Kong. Under the Queen's reign, Hong Kong people enjoyed the most prosperous and freedom period that we have ever seen. Although we are Canadians now, we still miss our time when Hong Kong was under the Queen's rule. Thank you the Queen and may you rest in peace. We missed you.

Thank you for your service to the Commonwealth and Canada. May you now truly rest. Your strength and stability is unparalleled and may you now rejoin your strength and stay for eternity. My condolences to the Royal family. Thank you for sharing your Mother, Granny and Great Granny with the rest of the world. Forever our Queen. May she Rest In Peace.
When communication was by Royal Mail and passenger travel by ship, the Queen’s Christmas Messages and Royal Tours provided us with a vital, sustaining link to our family an ocean away. Our mother (1921-2017) was one of 45,000 UK War Brides. She left her family and a Wales she would yearn for to follow her Canadian Airforce husband (1921-2019) to Canada in 1946. With news of the Queen’s passing, I felt a lifeline snap deep within me and I wept. Thank-you. May you rest in peace with your Prince.
Thank you for your service to the World Your Majesty. Your Majesty you so graciously and gently guided so many to make our world a better place and we are forever grateful. With deepest sympathy and condolences to Your Majesty's Royal Family, God bless you all. God Bless the King.
Heartfelt Condolences to the Entire Royal Family

As young children we remember the death of King George and the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1952. She has been our Queen for 70 years and have grown up during her reign. Our condolences to all the Royal Family at this sad time.

She was the epitome of duty constantly putting herself behind others. We all thank her for her devotion to the people and wish that she may truly rest in peace. Thank you Ma'am.
The Queen will be always be remembered she was such a wonderful person. She will be missed. May she Rest In Peace
Deeply sorry for the loss of such an inspirational dedicated woman. I’m sure she changed the trajectory of many lives for the better and her passing will be felt for generations. My condolences to her family and personal friends.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was an inspiration to all women. As she proudly wore her Crown and Sword. She was loved by many for her commitment to her role to the end. There will never be another like her. She will be missed.
I grew up with the Royal Family, having made many a scrapbook of you and their lives.
When I had grown older, I had the privilege and pleasure of meeting your late husband, His Royal Highness, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, at an art exhibition, in Toronto, in the 1980s. I felt that he was a distinguished gentleman, who, like yourself, had a great affection for all of your subjects.
After a lifetime of devoted service, rest in peace, once again in the company of your late husband.
thank you
Thank you for always being here for Canadians, you are already very missed. God bless you Queen Elizabeth 11
Rest in peace, Your Majesty.
Queen Elizabeth ll was our touchstone for peace and tranquility in our ever changing and chaotic world. Her quiet majesty was the one thing we could always count on and helped us all lead a better life. Her Christmas morning addresses were eagerly awaited and never disappointed. Our love for her will not end with her death. She will always be a wonderful part of our life.
Queen Elizabeth has been someone I've deeply admired for years and looked up to. In 1983 she visited Vancouver BC. I was working downtown with my sister, and during our lunch break we stood on a street waiting for her car to pass by on her way to a function. Queen Elizabeth spotted us on the sidewalk (there was hardly anyone else there) and she waved to us while looking directly at us. I've never forgotten her kind acknowledgement.
To my Queen, my heart is broken. Although I knew you would not live forever, I truly wish you could have. You have been a staple in my life since I was born and now I am left with a deep hole of grief. I thought of you as my English grannie. Thank you for devoting your life to your country and commonwealth. I am happy to know you are now with the people you loved most. Your memories will live on forever. God bless you and long live the King.
Paix à son âme
a great loss o the world fondly reme, bered
Your Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, you will be truly missed. God Bless you and your family at this difficult time.
I saw the Queen when she was on one of her Canadian tours. My son was eight at the time…he still remembers that day fondly. I have always loved the Monarchy and have a deep regard for our Queen. May she Rest In Peace
Feeling rudderless knowing that she will no longer be present. Thank you for being our Queen for so many years. Enjoy your rest, you certainly have earned it.
With greatest respect. A dutiful Monarch. A constant presence.
Paix à son âme !
mes sincères condoléances à la dame exemplaire, Elisabeth simbole d'humidité exemplaire et bon modèle pour nous autres guides sociaux du monde entier .que Dieu ait pitié à ton âme .
You will be missed.
Your steady hand over the last 70 years has Aided and in most cases been appreciated by all of the commonwealth countries. Thank you for your dedicated and limitless service.
The Queen was a constant in a world of uncertainty. Her reign symbolized stability and a commitment to service and being there for the people, always. Thank you for upholding your initial promise to dedicate your life to service. You will be dearly missed. Rest in peace, Your Majesty.
As was so beautifully put by another: the only queen I have ever known and the only queen I will ever know. Your spirit, your kindness, your decency, your sense of humour, and your playfulness meant so much to me. Thank you for keeping Canada and Canadians always in your heart, as you are in ours, now and forever.
I've never felt compelled to write in a Book of Condolences, until now. There's no point repeating all of the Queen's accomplishments, so I'll just acknowledge what a fine diplomat, ambassador & leader she was, demonstrating dignity, honour & stability through her many years of service. I'm proud to be a Canadian under her reign. My sympathies for the Royal Family, people of Great Britain, Canada & the world who've lost a wonderful leader. Rest in Peace Your Majesty & Long Live the King.
As a child, I recall singing “God save the Queen” in school. As a young man, I took the oath of allegiance to the Queen upon enrolment in the Canadian Armed Forces almost forty years ago. She was a steadying presence, in an increasingly tumultuous world. She will be missed.
Elizabeth the Great

I admired Her Majesty when first seeing her and her carriage in 1967 on our grade 6 class journey from Toronto to Ottawa for the Centennial celebrations. Since 1990 I have had the pleasure to have served Her Majesty taking an oath to her, seriously. Her passing is moderated by her memories, her grit in crisis - think Covid19 - her Christmas and New Years messages, and her grace in her role as Queen of Canada. She was loved and her memory will be a blessing to those who loved her.
Ma famille et moi souhaitons, nos plus sincères condoléances à la famille Royale.
Well done faithful servant ! to King Charles III and family condolences !
