Check your form or return to see if there is a mailing address listed.
If there is no address listed, or to mail us other documents, you can find a CRA mailing address.
If you have a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the service you received or you disagree with the CRA, you have different options.

If you do email us, do not share personal or confidential information such as your business information or your access code. These emails are not encrypted.
Do not expect a reply. In particular, we will not respond to questions about your own or your business's income tax situation. For questions about taxes or to make changes to your account, contact us by phone.
Liaison officer support for small businesses
Certain small and medium-sized businesses can get help understanding their tax obligations through our Liaison Officer service. This is a voluntary program. If you participate, a liaison officer will help you:
- Understand your tax obligations
- Find out where you can get more information
- Learn the common mistakes businesses make
- Get answers to your questions
