Information to Plan Members

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) Administration Authority has issued Bulletin #23 to inform plan members that the new contract for the administrative services for the PSHCP was awarded to Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.

The bulletin continues to detail the latest developments regarding the issuance of the PSHCP benefit card and describes the upcoming positive enrolment process.

It is important to note that only plan members who have submitted claims to Sun Life and therefore, for which we have an address on file, have received a hard copy of the bulletin.
