Education

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in computer science, information technology, information management, engineering, or another field relevant to the position, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Experience

  • Experience managing IM/IT teams responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of business applications, software solutions, databases, or related digital services.

  • Experience leading the adoption and implementation of modern software development practices, including Agile delivery, DevOps, automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and application lifecycle management.

  • Experience leading complex IM/IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, or business partners.

  • Experience providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management and business clients on IM/IT solutions.

  • Experience managing financial resources, contracts, procurement activities, and human resources.
