Essential qualifications
Education
Degree from a recognized postsecondary institution or high school diploma and an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience
- Experience* establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, and customers, while providing advice on product design projects.
- Experience with HTML programming language.
- Experience using a content management system (CMS).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and extensive knowledge of Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Photoshop software.
- Experience integrating international web protocols and standards and the Web Experience Toolkit (WET) into website design.
- Experience designing user-friendly, accessible, and responsive web pages.
- Experience creating web page mockups for client approval.
- Experience designing and creating motion graphics and digital animations.
- Experience managing workload and negotiating deadlines
**The term “experience” refers to recent and significant experience and also refers to the breadth and scope of experience typically associated with performing the duties of the position for at least two years during the last five years.

Condition of employment
Overtime may be required for producing reports in the spring and fall, as well as for priority projects requiring a greater investment of time.
