Essential qualifications

Education

  • Secondary school diploma

Experience

  • Managing and tracking incoming email requests and correspondence

  • Develop and/or updating tools and guides as required

Abilities and Skills

  • Ability to provide administrative support for various events and related tasks;

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, capacity to work on multiple files, adjust to evolving priorities and focus on solutions;

  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a desire to respond to requests in a timely manner.

Other Qualifications (assets)

  • Experience working in an Executive Office (Senior Management)

  • Experience working with OAG policies, directives and procedures
