Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications.

Experience

  • Significant* experience providing strategic communications advice to senior management and internal clients on complex, sensitive, or strategic issues, drawing on evidence, analysis, and best practices.

  • Significant* experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information to develop clear, accurate communication materials tailored to different target audiences and communication platforms.

  • Significant* experience planning, coordinating, and simultaneously managing multiple communication projects or initiatives involving numerous stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.

  • Significant* experience in developing and implementing evidence-based communication strategies, plans, or approaches tailored to target audiences as well as the internal and external environment, in order to support an organization’s priorities and objectives.

  • *Significant experience: experience acquired through the regular performance of duties over a period of at least three (3) years, during which the individual independently and consistently carried out the responsibilities described in the qualification, in a work environment with a level of complexity comparable to that of the position being staffed.
