Essential qualifications
Education
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience
- Experience* in a field relevant to the position
- Experience* in presenting or facilitating various sizes of groups in both official languages
- Experience* in working with external clients or suppliers and internal clients at all levels
- Experience* in coordinating learning activities
- Experience* in working in a fast-paced environment and quickly switching from one priority to another
