Essential qualifications
Education
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Experience
- Recent* and significant** experience in providing strategic advice to senior management (AAG level and above) on complex Human Resources issues.
- Significant** experience in three (3) or more of the following HR disciplines and/or programs:
- Staff
- Organizational Design and Classification
- Workplace Relations
- Compensation
- Human Resources Programs (Awards, Diversity and Inclusion, Official Languages)
- Recent* and significant** experience in establishing and managing effective partnerships relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including central agencies, other government organizations, and bargaining agents.
- Experience and direct involvement in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Significant** experience in managing human and financial resources
*Recent is defined as experience acquired in the last five (5) years.
**Significant experience refers to rich and varied experience that will be assessed according to the volume, continuity, complexity (scope and impacts) and diversity of the tasks performed as well as the level of independence.
