The following criteria were considered in this process

Essential qualifications

Education

  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution; AND A recognized Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in leading the planning, execution and reporting phases of the conduct of audits (financial statements, special examinations, performance audits or internal audits), program evaluations or evaluations of complex* projects.

  • A minimum of five (5) consecutive years of experience in an executive position (EX-01 or equivalent or above) within the last ten (10) years.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing human and financial resources**

The grounds for complaint are as follows
