Essential qualifications

Education

A degree from a recognized postsecondary institution with an acceptable major in human resources management, labor relations or industrial relations, psychology, public administration or business administration, organizational development, educational sciences, social sciences, sociology, or any other field related to the duties of the position.

Essential experiences

  • Experience developing, recommending and managing the implementation of policies, processes, tools and systems regarding HR official languages, employment equity, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.

  • Experience researching and analyzing factors impacting the work such as trends, policy and standards changes in order to provide key advice and guidance on practices that meet HR operational requirements and OAG’s business needs.

  • Experience establishing partnerships within the organization and with communities of practice on strategic HR business requirements.

  • Capacity to lead a team of HR Advisors, focused on official languages, employment equity, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.
