Essential qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in adult education, education, organizational development or other related field OR a combination of post-secondary diploma/certificate combined with a minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in a field relevant to the position.

Experience

  • Experience in adult learning and development field including online learning

  • Experience in managing and/or overseeing multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives

  • Experience in the supervision of staff

  • Experience analyzing information and providing advice and recommendations to management.
