Surveys of audited entities

The Office of the Auditor General of Canada undertakes the following surveys:

• a survey following the delivery of a special examination report
• to the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Crown corporation
• to the Chief Executive Officer or President of the Crown corporation
• a survey following the delivery of a financial audit report
• to the Chair of the audit committee
• to the Head of organization or Chief Financial Officer
• a survey following the delivery of a public accounts audit report
• to the central agency
• a survey following a performance audit
• to the senior management of the organizations subject to our performance audits
