Essential qualifications
Education
-
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position.
Experience
-
Providing strategic advice to managers and HR professionals on staffing legislation, policies, appointment options and complex staffing matters;

Researching, analyzing and interpreting staffing legislation, Public Service Commission direction and emerging HR issues;
-
Developing corporate staffing policies, governance instruments, processes, tools, templates and implementation guidance;

Designing and delivering staffing training or learning products for managers and HR professionals;

Leading complex staffing-policy or governance initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities; and
-
Preparing executive briefings, presentations and communications.
