This is a free event.
The Dragon Dance and Lunar Year Ceremony. This dragon, supported by small figures flying and twisting with maximum detail and movement, will be a magnificent sculpture. Winterlude Ice-Carving Showcase, presented by Tim Hortons. Don't miss your chance so see Julien Doré and Jean-Francois Gauthier at work as they create a monumental ice sculpture to highlight the Lunar New Year.
