Creative Sundays – Year of the Dragon

In honor of the 2024 Year of the Dragon, drop into the OAG’s Studio between 10 am and 2 pm to create a craft inspired by the digital artwork of Chinese-Canadian Ottawa-based artist eepmon! In this very special edition of Creative Sundays, celebrate the Lunar New Year with the OAG by creating a dragon using collage techniques and eepmon’s original artwork. By repurposing vinyl clippings from eepmon’s two murals located in the Jackson Café, Future Garden (2012) and Looking Within the Shadows of the Red Sun (2009), you have the chance to reduce waste, get inspired and use eepmon’s artwork to create some of your own!
