Come out of hibernation and celebrate winter with the Bytown Museum in Ottawa’s oldest stone building. Watch as a talented ice carver from the Canadian Ice Carvers’ Society creates an ice sculpture marking the 200th anniversary of the arrival of Lieutenant-Colonel John By in the region.
