Improving how we collaborate
New ways of working are possible today thanks to seamless collaboration across a hybrid workplace. We are exploring ways GC departments can:
- leverage virtual headsets to enable Augmented Reality (AR)
AR can be used to simulate group events, aid in troubleshooting issues, and provide a more immersive user experience. - use a Samsung mobile device as a desktop, for a richer experience in a hybrid workplace
Desktop eXperience (DeX) can connect a mobile device to a keyboard, mouse and screen, providing a desktop-like environment. - use artificial intelligence (AI) to help users navigate through call centres more quickly
SSC is testing the use of AI chatbots in GC call centres to enhance customer service by providing immediate assistance for routine inquiries and reducing wait times. - remove barriers between spaces, places and people by delivering collaboration spaces with accessible and simple-to-use solutions
Standardized Microsoft Teams Rooms configurations are available for small, medium and large meeting spaces.
