Approval Authorities: The following directives and orders are issued under the authority of the Deputy Minister of National Defence and the Chief of the Defence Staff.

  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Revision to the References section.
5019-2 Administrative Review Minor

Minor amendments were made pursuant to the implementation of the Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include: 

  • Revision to the Definitions section.
5019-3 CAF Drug Control Program Minor

Minor amendments were made pursuant to the implementation of the Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include: 

  • The addition of the section Policy Offices of Primary Interest: Director Military Careers Policy and Grievances (DMCPG),Director Military Careers Administration (DMCA) (for policy administration) and Director General Health Services (DGHS) (for health education, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation);
  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Revision of the table of responsibilities.
5019-4 Remedial Measures Minor

Minor amendments were made pursuant to the implementation of the Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include: 

  • Revision to the Definitions section and section 6.
5019-7 Alcohol Misconduct Minor

Minor amendments were made pursuant to the implementation of the Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include: 

  • Revisions to the Definitions section; and
  • The revision of the table of responsibilities.
7006-0 Conduct Sheets Major
  • The changes to this DAOD were made pursuant to the implementation of Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include:
  • The Approval Authority section replaced with Chief of Military Personnel (CMP);
  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Changes were incorporated throughout the entire DAOD as well as the update of the format which included the consequences paragraph addition.
7006-1 Preparation and Maintenance of Conduct Sheets Major
  • The changes to this DAOD were made pursuant to the implementation of Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include:
  • The Approval Authority section replaced with Chief of Military Personnel (CMP);
  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Changes were incorporated throughout the entire DAOD with additional sections such as Changes to a Conduct Sheet and updating the format to include the addition of the Compliance and Consequences paragraph and Responsibilities Table.
7016-0 Record Suspension Major
  • The changes to this DAOD were made pursuant to the implementation of Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include:
  • The Approval Authority section replaced with Chief of Military Personnel (CMP);
  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Changes were incorporated throughout the DAOD and the format was updated to include the addition of the consequences paragraph.
  • This DAOD also cancels  DAOD 7016-1, Canadian Forces Administration in Respect of a Pardon.
7016-1 Canadian Forces Administration in Respect of a Pardon Cancelled
  • The cancellation of this DAOD is pursuant to the implementation of Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights  and the review of DAOD 7016-0, Record suspension.
9004-1 Use of Cannabis by CAF Members Minor
  • Minor amendments were made pursuant to the implementation of the Bill C-77, Declaration of Victims Rights and include: 
  • The Inquiries section replaced with Administrative Response Centre (ARC); and
  • Revision to the Definitions section and section 8.
