“I would like to send a virtual shout out to Paola Restrepo. Paola is a public service employee who has consistently gone above and beyond her duties as a dental assistant. Paola’s dedication to her job has had a priceless effect on our clinic as she fills roles outside her position. Her attention to detail and thorough follow up routines halt potential delays and processing time for administration within the clinic. Thank you Paola for taking such pride in your work and lessening the load for all of us!” - Shelley Calder

“I would like send a BIG Shout Out to Paul Homuth of ADM(IM) DIMEUS. Paul is one of a kind when it comes to customer service as well as ensuring that his fellow employees, such as myself, are well informed and equipped with the information needed to perform job duties to the best of their ability. He has a plethora of information and never hesitates to share his knowledge. Thank you so much for treating me with respect, kindness and allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed without making me feel inadequate, but instead showering me with positivity and self-confidence. I wish you continued success!” – Sharon Aird

“Shout-out to WO Eric Alain: I wish to acknowledge his ongoing IT support weather it is in the workplace or from home he responds quickly and is always in solution mode. I want him to be recognized for the amazing far-seeing in enabling CDLS(W) more efficient and effective in the way we provide support virtually for the last year 18 months. WO Alain sees and think outside the box as a natural nature, he anticipates possible IT issues people may be faced with while working from home. He arrived in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, and he immediately ensured his IT section composed of 3 members including him was organised to meet his vision in the way he intended to provide the IT support required and expected by the higher leadership. He is always a step ahead of challenges for rotating personnel by having secured ahead of time the necessary IT equipment. Whether it is for members newly posted in or recently being hired as Locally Engage Staff he is able to have them rapidly setup to work from home as this is now part of our reality now. His professionalism and dedication to the unit and supported members has had a very positive impact. Our members and civilian employees have never missed a day at work due to not having proper IT tools to do so from home. The quick turnaround to set up new members or employees is extremely fast and seamless due to his proactive actions in setting up all that is possible prior to their arrival. His vision and knowledge in tools that can be procured to meet the needs and efficient level of support expected from higher leadership as proven to be very useful to improve our capacity, flexibility and proficiency in the way we meet our mission objectives.” – Maj Lucie Croft

“Shout-out to Capt Stasiuk and Cpl Moreau of 14 Operational Support Squadron (14 OSS), Greenwood NS. While working as a Terminal Controller (IFR) and Precision Approach Radar (PAR) Controller in January 2022, they demonstrated outstanding flexibility and dedication in support of operations by accommodating extended shifts of 18+ hours due to storm conditions that prevented the relieving controllers from arriving at work. The Air Traffic Control (ATC) community and Wing are very appreciative of their professionalism and dedication. BZ Capt Stasiuk and Cpl Moreau” – Chief Controller MTCU, 14 OSS
