Survey of Dietary Accommodation Needs invites your participation

Let us know about your dietary accommodation requirements by participating in the Survey of Dietary Accommodation Needs. Your input is valuable, as it will enable Strat J4 Food Services to better understand the dietary requirements of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, whether you have any such requirements or not.

Invitations to participate in the Survey of Dietary Accommodation Needs, along with the survey link, were emailed to select CAF members on their DWAN accounts. Potential participants were randomly selected from the list of all CAF members.

The survey launched the week of June 13, 2022, and will be live for a period of two weeks.

The survey is anonymous and will take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete, depending on your dietary accommodation requirements. It can be done on any computer or mobile device.  Participation is completely voluntary and you will not be required to respond to any question that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Results of this survey will be important. Your valuable input will ensure the CAF is better able to meet the dietary accommodation requirements of personnel.

This survey has been coordinated by the DGMPRA Social Science Research Review Board, in accordance with DAOD 5062-0 and 5062-1. The SSRRB coordination # is 2035/22N.
