ADM(HR-Civ) is working to improve your staffing experience

Now more than ever, we need to staff faster to remain a competitive employer and support the DND/CAF mandate. As a result, ADM(HR-Civ) is conducting a data-driven project to reduce the Time to Staff (TTS) that will identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in the end-to-end staffing process, in order to create a better experience for both you and our new talent.

Through consultation and collaboration with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across the Defence Team, we will identify markers in the end-to-end process that reduces our ability to recruit, hire, and onboard onto the Defence Team in a timely fashion – all the steps in the process will be considered!

Data and process reviews will be used to make evidence-based decisions in support of the development of an action plan with short and medium term solutions. The results of this review will influence upcoming initiatives and pave the way for the future of recruitment and staffing at DND.
