Message from the DM and CDS: Celebrating Excellence in the Defence Team

We are pleased to announce and offer our congratulations to the recipients of this year’s Celebrating Excellence Awards (CEA), which represent one of the highest expressions of recognition within our Defence Team. All 93 outstanding recipients are listed at the bottom of this message.
Each year, the CEA highlights the achievements of individuals and teams who have provided excellent service to Canada and Canadians.
The past two years have exemplified the saying, “Alone we go faster, but together, we go further.” Regardless of the obstacles and challenges we have faced, we knew that we could count on Defence Team members who are the driving force behind our accomplishments and our successes. Today’s recipients are examples to follow, as they demonstrated innovation, dedication, excellence and leadership in their work.
