Microsoft Teams video conferencing now available in meeting rooms

Defence Team Members can now connect to a Teams meeting from DND/CAF conference rooms equipped with video teleconference equipment. This will be a valuable resource for those moving to a hybrid workstyle who need to connect with colleagues not on site.

Read the user guide (you are now leaving the Government of Canada website) on how to connect to a Teams meeting using video teleconference equipment.

Please note Teams meetings created before 21 Nov 2022, will not include a Video Conference ID number, including recurring meetings that might take place in the future. These meetings will need to be rescheduled to include a Video Conference ID number.
