Defence Team leaders/supervisors: Tell us how we can help you improve internal communications!

Are you a Defence Team leader/supervisor with direct reports? If so, we want to hear from you in our newest Echo Survey! (you are now leaving the Government of Canada website)

As revealed in a recent Echo Survey, focused on COVID-19 internal communications, nearly 79 per cent of respondents indicated they prefer to receive COVID-19 internal communications updates through senior leadership/the Chain of Command. However, only 63 per cent agreed that their Chain of Command keeps them informed and engaged on matters related to working in a COVID-19 environment.

This finding was also echoed in the Internal Communications Products and Tools Echo Survey which found that 72 per cent of respondents want to receive more information via their Chain of Command.

The Corporate Internal Communications (CIC) team at ADM (Public Affairs) strives to create internal communications products, tools, and resources for Defence Team leaders to help keep their personnel in the know on all things concerning the DND/CAF. By anonymously completing this survey, your responses will help improve the type of tools and resources ADM(PA) delivers to you and will ultimately better equip you to communicate with your staff.
