1. Effective immediately, reference A is cancelled. The current established practice for in- and out-of-region Cadet Training Centre (CTC) and Cadet Activity Program (CAP) staffing is identified at reference B.
2. The Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) Headquarters and the Regional Cadet Support Units (RCSUs) will continue to publish, on an annual basis, the national staffing process and the required staffing levels for all summer training employment opportunities through the OPLAN. Along with advertising all CTC and CAP employment opportunities, the national staffing process will be used to receive and process applications from interested CJCR Gp personnel.
3. Any questions concerning the summer training staffing processes may be directed to the RCSU J3 sections.
