1. With the introduction of the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) National Training Establishment (NTE), the application and selection processes, and the management of students for Cadet Organizations Administration and Training Service (COATS) courses has changed. COATS members may continue to apply for training using established regional processes. The Regional Cadet Support Units (RCSUs) will nominate members while the NTE will perform the final selections and course loading functions within the Military Individual Training and Education (MITE) system. Therefore, effective immediately, the reference A is cancelled.
2. Once members are course loaded, they will receive a confirmation email from the NTE which will include Cadet365 SharePoint links to joining instructions and additional course specific information. Members seeking additional information on the application and RCSU nomination processes are to contact their RCSU J1 section through the VOR.
