This notice refers to Information Bulletin CESP/PCEE-2015/16-002A-640, dated September 23, 2015, regarding the Canada Education Savings Program’s (CESP) implementation of the pre-transfer repayment policy.
Purpose
The purpose of this Information Bulletin is to inform Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) promoters that Revenu Québec has implemented a pre-transfer repayment policy for the QESI, effective February 2016, which aligns with CESP’s existing policy on pre-transfer repayment.
