CCO Net Connection Guide
The Canadian Cadet Organizations Network (CCO Net) is the Protected A internal network used by the adult staff of the Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp). Most of the key services and applications (e.g. Fortress, Corps and Squadron Activity Request (CSAR) and other applications) reside on this network. To connect to CCO Net, you must be an adult staff member of the CJCR Gp and you must have completed, signed and submitted a CCO Net Access Control Form. You will receive your login credentials shortly thereafter. CCO Net is not required to access tools that are already available from open Internet such as Defence Learning Network (DLN), Cadet365 (office.com) or any and all video teleconferencing tools (e.g. MS Teams, WebEx, Go to Meeting, Zoom).
Your CCO Net user name is your CCO email. In most of the case this email will be your first name, a dot and then you last name following by @cadets.gc.ca, for example, the CCO Net user name of Captain Joe Bloggins, would be joe.bloggins@cadets.gc.ca. Your password will be communicated to you. If you require assistance connecting to CCO Net, contact the Information Technology Service Management Centre Service Desk at (Email) IT@Cadets.gc.ca or (Toll Free) 1-855-252-8082.
Once you have your login credentials, you have several options for accessing CCO Net. You can use a CCO Net laptop or a personal device by following the instructions on this page. Click on a device/format to view its instructions.
