TL11C Tuition and Enrolment Certificate - Commuter to the United States

Post-secondary educational institutions in the U.S. use this form to certify a Canadian commuter student's eligibility for tuition, education, and textbook amounts if the student lived near the border. The student shows the transfer of tuition, education, and textbook amounts to a designated individual.
