Order alternate formats
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) provides accessible forms, publications, and personalized correspondence in alternate formats. The alternate formats we can send you are:
- Digital audio (MP3) – Content is put onto a digital storage media and can be listened to as an audio file.
- Electronic text (Etext) – Content is put onto a digital storage media and can be read to you with screen reading software.
- Braille – Content is printed on paper with raised dots.
- Large print – Content is printed in large text (18-point type).
How to order alternate formats
Alternate formats for CRA forms, publications, and personalized correspondence can be ordered online or by phone.
