Chlamydia

Rates of chlamydia have increased by 49% from 2007 to 2016. The following table presents chlamydia rates per 100,000 population by age group.

Three quarters (76%) of chlamydia infections are among 15-29 year olds (2016)^{Footnote 1}

Gonorrhea

Rates of gonorrhea have increased by 81% from 2007 to 2016. The following table presents gonorrhea rates per 100,000 population by age group.

More than half (57%) of gonorrhea infections are among 15-29 year olds (2016)^{Footnote 1}.

Multidrug-resistant gonorrhoea is an emerging issue.

Syphilis
