Ontario Corporations Information Act annual returns

As of May 15, 2021, you can no longer file the Ontario Corporations Information Act annual returns, forms T2SCH546 and T2SCH548, with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Ontario Corporations Information Act annual returns

As of May 7, 2021, you will no longer be able to download the Ontario Corporations Information Act annual returns forms T2SCH546 and T2SCH548 from Canada.ca. As of May 15, 2021, you can no longer file these annual returns with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Foreign Reporting Submit e-Documents Web Service

Corporations and Partnerships can electronically submit supporting documents related to Foreign Reporting Returns (FRR), using certified T2 tax preparation software. Submissions are limited to:

• supporting documents related to T106, T1134, and T1135 forms for Corporate (RC) and Partnership (RZ) accounts.
• a maximum of 10 documents per submission bundle
• a total file size per submission bundle of 150 MB.

You can attach the documents at the time of filing or after filing. In both cases, the confirmation number generated by filing the form is required to submit the e-Document(s).

Corporate Internet Filing can only be accessed with browsers or operating systems that use Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher.
