I thank Brian Mulroney for bringing environmental problems to surface and his generosity in funding a project I worked on to help eliminate
acid rain. I admired his judgement and am glad the Canadian mining industry acknowledged it. He is a hero in my mind.

To the Mulroney Family -
REMEMBRANCE
How swiftly the sands of time
drift on towards eternity;
and too soon our loved one
has reached that new horizon
far beyond our earthly sight.
Still, like a haunting melody,
he will gently tiptoe back
in our laughter, in our tears. And in loving memories
we shall celebrate
the seasons of his life.
Now, ever-grateful
for each golden moment,
in certainty, we know
we’ll meet again . . .Sincere sympathy,
Norma Clare

Being active in politics during the years that Brian was PM were some of the most rewarding of my life. I am left with memories of tears and smiles but mostly gratitude that Brian had been a part of my life journey.
Visionary, Statesman, Leader. The greatest Prime Minister in the history of Canada.
Brian Mulroney was the Canadian leader during most of my childhood and adolescence - exactly in the timeframe when I became aware of the international political environment. He was a constant factor in that landscape, at a time when politics seemed a little less antagonistic than today. May he rest in peace.

Brian Mulroney was a man who thought big ideas and had the courage and conviction to act on them. Canada is a better country as a result of his leadership. The world needs more leaders like him. On behalf of my wife Debbie, our son Christopher and our daughter Bekah, we honour his memory.
Deepest condolences to the Mulroney family. We had always known Brian as our 18th Prime Minister of Canada; however, in the last three weeks we have had a very personal glimpse of the man- a thoughtful, heartwarming & humorous human being.
The funeral service was sublime and so very fitting - right down to Elizabeth and Brian signing at the end. Who knew how much he loved to sing?
May his wonderful memories and his beautiful singing voice help you heal during this time.
In the early 1990’s our young family visited Ottawa. After a long day of touring, we made our way to Parliament Hill. Brian Mulroney was walking into the building with a few aides. What a coincidence! We approached tentatively and he warmly welcomed us with open arms. He was so good to our children. We have a lovely picture, and will never forget. Rest in peace, friend!

On behalf of the Greek Government, we extend our sincere condolences to his family and the people of Canada.
I pray for the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney to rest in peace and honor his accomplishments. He shaped Canada by deregulating foreign investment, cutting corporate tax to 28% and marginal income tax to 29%. He funded tax cuts with GST, welfare cuts, and privatization, supported by most economists. Despite criticism, he prioritized what was right for the country, ensuring fairness in taxation.
Je suis malien d’origine au Canada

My dad loved Canada. He took us all the time for vacation and did quite a lot of business there. We were raised to respect and admire all that Canada stood for. I watched the entire funeral and couldn't stop crying along with his grandaughter as she was singing.
How moving it was to hear his voice at the end. I know my dad would be sad to have learned of Prime Minister Mulroney's passing and I send my condolences to his family, friends and the entire country. May his memory be a blessing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mulroney three times, including once on a flight from Chicago to Montreal. What stood out instantly was how willing to engage in conversation, and his genuine interest. His kind words were appreciated and the moments are always remembered. God Bless.
His dedication and his service to Canada was, without a doubt, exemplary. In today’s powerfully evocative and very poignant tribute so many of us, who only knew him as our country’s 18th Prime Minister, got a glimpse of his great humanity as not only a devoted husband, father, and grandfather but also as a stalwart and faithful friend to so many. Thank you for allowing us to share these moments with you. I offer my deepest condolences to the family. RIP Mr. Mulroney.
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Mulroney family. I was in my teens when Mr. Mulroney was prime minister and always remember him to be very charismatic, well spoken and a very good debater. He representation of Canada on the world stage was first class. I only wish he were in that very position currently.
Toutes mes condoléances à la famille Mulroney… Merci de nous avoir partagé ce grand homme qui a marqué l histoire du Canada… Au revoir M. Mulroney!
In 2019, while I was President of St Patrick’s Society of Montreal, Mr. Mulroney was our Guest Speaker. He drew one of the largest crowds in the 185 year history of the Society. I was extremely nervous, having to speak to such a large audience, but Mr Mulroney was very kind and reassuring. After delivering my speech, he was the first to congratulate me saying “congratulations young lady, not many people realize how difficult that is to do.” He went on to deliver a spectacular speech. RIP
I met Mr. Mulroney in the late 1980s at a First Minister’s conference in Toronto at which I was working. He was so very charming and funny and in the less than one minute that we talked he made me feel like a good friend. I cannot fathom how his family is dealing with this loss of such a great Canadian and warm and loving father and husband. My condolences and love to you all. Rest in peace Mr. Mulroney.
I am so sorry Your Honourable Prime Minister Brian Mulroney ! My Deepest Condolences to the family and friends ! R.I.P!
Thank you Prime Minister Mulroney for formally apologizing to Japanese Canadians in 1988 for the wrongs the Canadian government committed against them during the Second World War. The apology meant a lot to my mother, who was a young girl during WW2, and whose family was forever changed because of the Internment. If she were here today (died 2010) she would join all Canadians in saying “thank you”. He was an honourable man; my deepest condolences to his family.
To Mrs. Mulroney and all of your family,
My deepest condolences for your loss, and profound gratitude for all you have done for Canada and Canadians together with your husband and father Brian Mulroney. It was my privilege to work in Mr. Mulroney's office as legislative advisor from 1990-1992. These were extremely busy and challenging times. I always knew, every moment, that the PM would guide us forward with his great wisdom, care and enthusiasm for all of Canada and the world. And he did.
May we as Canadian, strive to honour the legacy that Brian Mulroney left us with. Both at home and globally.

Rest in peace Honorable Brian Mulroney. It was a great pleasure and honor to see you in the Spring of 1991 at FAO Schwartz, New York. You kindly took the time to speak with my friends and myself, when we identified ourselves as Torontonians. You also posed for pictures with me… I very much regret having inserted the film roll incorrectly in the camera, the pictures never turned out… but the memory will stay forever. Thank you for all your immense contributions to this country and to the world.
