I will remember Brian Mulroney as a gifted political leader who contributed significantly to Canada’s 0.82 factor WJP Rule of Law Index. He artfully cultivated his image by associate his name with principled politicians, with his tribute to the late Ed Broadbent, and vigorously defend his honor when affronted. I expect his legacy will live on through those he mentored. Rest in peace.

Brian Mulroney was a man of character - Not only as it's Prime Minister, but as a basic, yet, humble individual. I remember his friendship & cooperation with three U.S. Presidents & how he vowed to make relations between America and Canada stronger than any other to make North America the best place to do business, raise a family, and overall succeed in life.

When I was 14 years old, Mr. Mulroney was kind enough to accept a request I sent to him to interview him about his role in fighting Apartheid in South Africa. He spent close to an hour with me over the phone, providing great insight and analysis. He was like no other. His generosity, wisdom, and compassion will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Prime Minister Mulroney.

My admiration of the late Brian Mulroney takes me back to memories of my late Mother Maria who emigrated from the Ukraine after the war. Brian Mulroney was frankly my Mother's favorite Prime Minister. I think it was his charisma more than anything he accomplished and he accomplished many things as we all know. Whenever PM Mulroney spoke on TV Maria watched and listened and all us kids were told to be quiet as Brian Mulroney was speaking. Rest easy Mr. Prime Minster. Your watch is over.
