• Updates to the paragraph 3.8, please see CANFORGEN 203/25 CMP.

• Update of the Enquiries section to Administrative Response Centre (ARC), Director Workforce and Professional Development (DWPD), ADM(HR‑Civ), and Director of Staff, Strategic Joint Staff (DOS SJS);
• Addition of the Definitions section and the Consequences section;
• Modification to the Policy Direction section; and
• Updates to the Authority section and the References section.

• The title has been modified to reflect the nature of the policy;
• Update of the Enquiries section from Director Military Personnel Generation Policy (Dir MPG Pol) to Administrative Response Centre (ARC);
