RFP Solutions Inc. is an independent third party with respect to this activity.

The fairness monitor hereby provides the unqualified assurance statement below concerning the Automatic Identification Technology for Materiel Management Software procurement process up to and including the conclusion of the acceptance of offer and debriefings.
