The fairness monitor hereby provides the unqualified assurance statement below concerning the Medium-Long Range Aircraft Platform for Environmental Research Project from the conduct of one-on-one meetings with industry, up to and including the conclusion of the industry engagement and the decision to move forward with the requirement via two solicitations under the authority of the National Research Council Canada.
