Application to be listed on the Canada Revenue Agency’s website

Third-party service providers who have successfully tested with the CRA, have sent production files to the CRA and meet the criteria listed below may request to be added to the CRA’s Pay through a third-party service provider - Payments to the CRA - Canada.ca page by agreeing to the contents and by submitting the required details below.

The following criteria must be met before a new third-party service provider can be listed on the CRA webpage:

Time

Minimum of 1 full year of remittances to the CRA without issues

Frequency At least twice a month
Volume or value

Minimum 5,000 transactions per month or minimum $10,000,000 per month

Note: CRA may request your company’s statistics on volumes and values by CRA revenue line at any time.

  • misrepresentation of the relationship status with the CRA
  • any misuse of the official symbols of the Government of Canada
  • critical EDI file transmission issues
