Parole Board of Canada service performance reporting for fiscal year 2022-23
From: Parole Board of Canada
Service standards publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to encounter under normal circumstances. On December 21, 2021, the Minister of Public Safety announced that effective January 1, 2022, the record suspension application fee would be $50. Although there are no legislated service standards attached to the application fee, the Parole Board of Canada will continue to process applications in a timely manner and endeavor to adhere to the established processing times noted below.
This report covers the 2022-2023 fiscal year. A fiscal year runs from April 1st to March 31st. Our performance results are described in more detail belowFootnote 1 .
