Possible postal service disruption
In the event of a disruption in postal service, the PBC will continue to provide notifications to registered victims through the Victims Portal, telephone contact and courier service where required.
The PBC encourages victims who have not already done so to register on the Victims Portal. The Victims Portal is a Government of Canada secure online portal that allows registered victims to access services and information electronically 24 hours a day/seven days a week.
Victims may also contact a PBC Regional Communications Officer in their region for information or assistance by calling the toll-free victim information line at 1-866-789-4636.
