Ways to submit your documents

After you submit your complaint, you can send documents to us by mail, fax, or through Canada Post’s Connect service.

Connect is a free service that allows users to share information quickly and securely. If you want to use this service, you must create an account. To create an account, go to Connect and click “Login to Connect” and then “Register now”.

Please note we must send you a message before you can send documents to us through Connect. Please contact us if you want us to send you a message.
