The purpose of this bulletin is to inform you that the members of the National Resources Union (NRU) have agreed to merge with the Union of Canadian Transportation Employees (UCTE). All of the members will now be under the Union of Canadian Transportation Employees (UCTE). The merger took effect on .
Please note that all members affected by this action will be subject to the existing UCTE rate of 0.7862% as of .
