The purpose of this bulletin is to announce the revised rates of pay as approved by the Treasury Board of Canada for excluded positions in the Administrative Services (AS), Information Services (IS) and Welfare Programmes (WP) Groups.

The attached appendices provide the rates of pay for those excluded positions which are not authorized within the Program and Administrative Services (PA) Group collective agreement.

The new rates of pay are available on the TBS Website.

All questions should be directed to your Departmental Corporate Labour Relations or Corporate Compensation Official who, if required, will direct their questions to the Employment Conditions and Labour Relations group at the following email address: Interpretations@tbs-sct.gc.ca.
