Rates of pay will be adjusted within 180 days of signature of the Program and Administrative Services (PA) collective agreement. Changes to rates of pay with an effective date prior to the salary adjustment date will be paid according to Appendix F, as a lump-sum payment. In particular:

  1. Year 1 (2021) increase (that is, “A”): paid as a retroactive lump-sum payment equal to a 1.5% economic increase of , rates.
  2. Year 2 (2022) increases (that is, “B” and “X”): paid as a retroactive lump-sum payment equal to the year 1 increase plus a 3.5% economic increase and a 1.25% wage adjustment, for a compounded total increase of 6.366% of , rates.
  3. Year 3 (2023) increases (that is, “C” and “Y”): paid as a retroactive lump-sum payment equal to the year 1 and year 2 increases plus a 3.0% economic increase and a 0.5% pay line adjustment, for a compounded total increase of 10.104% of , rates.

Pay notes

  1. An employee being paid at the IS-06 level shall have their rate of pay increased:
    1. effective , to a rate of pay within the “A” pay scale which is 1.5% higher than their former rate of pay, rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).
    2. effective , to a rate of pay within the “B” pay scale which is 3.5% higher than their former rate of pay, rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).
    3. effective , to a rate of pay within the “X” pay scale which is 1.25% higher than their former rate of pay, rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).
    4. effective , to a rate of pay within the “C” pay scale which is 3.0% higher than their former rate of pay, rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).
    5. effective , to a rate of pay within the “Y” pay scale which is 0.5% higher than their former rate of pay, rounded to the nearest dollar ($1).

Rates of pay will be adjusted within one hundred and eighty (180) days of signature of the Program and Administrative Services (PA) collective agreement. Changes to rates of pay with an effective date prior to the salary adjustment date will be paid according to Appendix “F” of the PA collective agreement, as a lump sum payment. In particular:

  1. Year 1 increases (i.e., “A”): paid as a retroactive lump sum payment equal to a 2.8% economic increase of June 21, 2017, rates.
  2. Year 2 increases (i.e., “B”): paid as a retroactive lump sum payment equal to the year 1 increase plus a 2.2% economic increase, for a compounded total increase of 5.062% of June 21, 2017, rates.
  3. Year 3 increases (i.e., “C”): paid as a retroactive lump sum payment equal to the year 1 and year 2 increases plus a 1.35% economic increase, for a compounded total increase of 6.480% of June 21, 2017, rates.

Pay Notes

  1. An employee being paid at level IS-6 shall have his or her rate of pay increased:
    1. On June 21, 2018, to a rate within the “A” performance pay range which is two point eight percent (2.8%) higher than his or her former rate of pay.
    2. On June 21, 2019, to a rate within the “B” performance pay range which is two point two percent (2.2%) higher than his or her former rate of pay.
    3. On June 21, 2020, to a rate of pay within the “C” performance range which is one point three five percent (1.35%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
