Service standard: Reinspection of grain
Service standards publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to encounter from the Canadian Grain Commission under normal circumstances.
Description of service
Reinspection by the Chief Grain Inspector for Canada or other authorized inspector in respect of
- an inward inspection of grain; or
- an inspection of a submitted sample.
Service standard
Reinspection by the Chief Grain Inspector for Canada will be complete and results will be available within ten business days of the reinspection request.
Performance target
The target for achieving this standard is set at 90%.
