Service standards for high-volume regulatory authorizations

Licensing
The Canadian Grain Commission determines if grain companies must be licensed according to the Canada Grain Act
Producer railway cars
Under the Canada Grain Act, grain producers are entitled to order producer railway cars through the Canadian Grain Commission to ship any grain regulated under the Canada Grain Act
