By-law no. 2
A by-law respecting places where Inspection Services shall be provided
Being a by-law to repeal and replace by-law No. 2 dated July 5, 2018.
BE IT ENACTED as a by-law of the Canadian Grain Commission as follows:
- Places where services shall be provided - Pursuant to section 29 of the Canada Grain Act (the Act), the Commission determines the following places at which inspection services shall be provided:
- in respect of official inspection provided for under the Act and Canada Grain Regulations, Canadian Grain Commission offices located in licensed terminal elevators or on the premises of licensed terminal elevators, and where no such offices are made available by the licensed terminal elevators, in the nearest Canadian Grain Commission office;
- in respect of other inspection services in the Western Division, Canadian Grain Commission offices in the Western Division; and
- in respect of other inspection services in the Eastern Division, Canadian Grain Commission offices in the Eastern Division.
- Counterpart - This by-law may be executed and delivered via facsimile or PDF and in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all or which taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument, and it shall not be necessary in making proof of this by-law to produce or account for more than one such counterpart.
