The mycotoxin content of the sample, initially obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technology or ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with fluorescence detection, is assessed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry”.

It takes 7 days to complete this test.
