What do we buy

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is to establish a RMSO for Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) and other government departments, agencies, Crown corporations as well as organizations participating in the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI).

This procurement tool is used for the supply and delivery of bulk liquid propane gas, repairs and maintenance of propane tanks and the supply and delivery of various size filled portable propane cylinders. The items are delivered, on demand, to various clients and various locations within Ontario over a period of 3 years.

How do we buy

  • This RMSO includes pricing for the 3 geographic regions encompassing all of Ontario
  • Allowing more than 1 SO to be issued ensures maximum competition and competitive pricing
  • The intention is to issue 1 standing offer (SO) for each geographic area, however 1 bidder may be issued 1 SO for multiple geographic regions
